Oh what a rainy day

Well it has been raining in good ole Deland for a couple hours know and boy did we need it. We lost power for about half of the time. I had put Breelyn down for her nap and she had asked me if we could go in our little kiddie pool when she got up. I had told her yes as long as it is not raining. I had just shut the door when a thunder boom shook the house and I was for sure thinking oh lord she is going to want to get down. But no, all I heard her say was " Oh man, no pool it's raining." I almost peed myself trying to keep in the laughter. Her little corky remarks always get me. She is so funny. We are also trying to potty train the princess but she is smarter than the average bear. I finally after months and months of bribary got her to at least sit on the potty, but she won't go ( you know). I can get her to sit for a while, then she asks to get up and put her pull up on. Then she runs to the her room or the living room and pees in the diaper ARRRRRRGGGg!!!!!! They say girls are easier but I am not seeing how!!!
