It does get better

Last week I was asked by very dear friends of mine to help them with their church's vacation bible school. I was there Tuesday thru Friday and I have become better from it. I went there wanting to help the little kids, then coming out with a since a new faith. I learned a lot thru their daily teaching of the Lord's prayer. I know that his word is the only word. It was a blessing to be asked I felt the the Lord told them to ask me knowing that I needed to reach him again. My faith in him has defentily been tested these last couple of months from financial woes to my grandfather's condition. But I have this since of calmness in me that I know is God's hands guiding me along. Breelyn really enjoyed VBS she kept telling daddy the truths of the day which proves to me that she was understanding what was being said in the teachings. Now if you know my husband he is not the biggest fan of going to church, but since Breelyn has been talking about it he actually asked me if we should take her on a Sunday and try it. I was floored, I said yes lets go this Sunday. But he had to work so we are attempting to go next sunday which happens to be our wedding anniversary. Wow, 6 years of marriage, 8 years together. I can't wait to see what this year will bring.
